We want you to enjoy your fresh treats! If something isn't right, we have a simple 3-step process to help you.


1. When can you ask for a refund?

The item is damaged.

You received the wrong product.

To keep things fair, we follow these steps to verify your claim:

Contact us: Message us within 24 hours of delivery.

Send Proof: Send a clear photo or short video of the damaged product and the shipping label to our WhatsApp:

Review: Our team will check the photos and your order details immediately to confirm the issue.

3. Our Solution

Once verified, we will:

Send you a free replacement immediately.


Important Notes:

Storage: Please move your Rewari to an airtight jar immediately. We cannot verify claims for items that went soft because they were left in the open air.

Accuracy: We cannot offer refunds for wrong addresses or unanswered delivery calls.

Change of Mind: Because this is food, we do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind.
